General Information

Q: What services does Tip Top Fitness offer?

A: We offer personal training sessions, group fitness classes, customized fitness programs, and nutrition counseling, in which the trainer meets at the clients desired location. 

Q: Where are you located?

A: Santa Barbara area.

Q: What are your operating hours?

A: We are open Monday through Sunday from 7 AM to 7 PM

Membership and Booking

Q: How do I become a member?

A: You can sign up for membership on our website or call us for a free consultation.

Q: How do I book a session with a trainer?

A: You can book a session through our online booking system or by calling us at (805) 364-2623.

Q: Can I switch trainers?

A: Yes, you can switch trainers at any time as long as another one of our trainers has a schedule that works for you also. 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance or the session still needs to be paid for. Please contact us or your trainer directly to cancel, and your trainer directly if you need to reschedule.

Personal Training and Classes

Q: How are personal trainers selected for clients?

A: We match clients with trainers based on their fitness goals, preferences, and trainer availability. We also have different tiers and prices depending on how experienced the trainer is. 

Q: Are your personal trainers certified?

A: Yes, all of our personal trainers are certified and have extensive experience in the fitness industry. They also have valid CPR.

Q: What should I bring to my training sessions?

A: Please bring a water bottle, and wear appropriate workout attire. We provide all necessary equipment, but if you are training at home your trainer might suggest which equipment might be a good idea to invest in. 

Q: Do you offer group fitness classes?

A: Yes, but this is up to the trainer.

Safety and Health

Q: What measures are in place for health and safety?

A: The trainer will do his best to maintain a clean and sanitized environment, with regular cleaning of equipment and facilities. 

Q: Do I need a health clearance to join?

A: While a health clearance is not required, we recommend consulting with a physician before starting any new fitness program, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions.

Payments and Policies

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash, and PayPal. These need to be set up through our online system. The trainers are not allowed to have clients pay them directly, as they are in a contract with Tip Top Fitness. 

Q: Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?

If you decide to cancel your package, you'll receive a full refund for any sessions you haven't used. Your satisfaction is our priority—contact us for more details.

A: Yes, we prioritize your privacy and use secure systems to protect your personal information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Statement.
